Here is a more detailed user guide to the search options in our MediaBank. Depending on what you wish to download, this might help you out.
In general you will find the following types of files on our products: Product images, product sheets, spare part lists, drawings, wiring diagrams, energy labels and user manuals.
I wish to download all images and all files on ONE product:
The easiest way to download everything on one product is to use the search function in the top right corner and write the name of the product you're looking for.
When all assets are shown, please click "selection" in the middle of the screen and clidk "Add assets to clipboard".
Click clipboard in the top right corner and click "open".
Click "download" and choose the format you wish to download your files in.
I wish to download all images of a certain CATEGORY of products:
The easiest way to download all images of more products - a category of products - is to click on categories on the left side of the page. Click all the way down to a sublevel of coolers, freezers or gastro - click all the way down and find the category, you're searching for. E.g. Back Bars or Minibars.
As step two, click the "tag filter" in the top middle of the screen. If for example you wish to have all images of this category - click "primary image" under "tag filter".
When all assets are shown, please click "selection" in the middle of the screen and clidk "Add assets to clipboard".
Click clipboard in the top right corner and click "open".
Click "download" and choose the format you wish to download your files in.
I wish to download all files of a certain type for all products:
The easiest way to download all files of a certain type, is to click on files and then type or click on one of the tags on the left side of the page. E.g. Spare Part Lists or User Manuals.
When all assets are shown, please click "selection" in the middle of the screen and clidk "Add assets to clipboard" - Either add all or add the ones wanted.
Click clipboard in the top right corner and click "open".
Click "download" and choose the format you wish to download your files in.
