Access to the MediaBank is personal - It is given on an individual basis with a login to TEFCOLD webshop.
The personal login and therefore access to the TEFCOLD MediaBank may not be passed on to others outside the company stated below.
The conditions for using the product photos and files are as follows:
• The photos and files may only be used in connection with the process of resale of products and equipment bought from TEFCOLD A/S.
• If you have ceased to sell TEFCOLD products the photos and files may no longer be used.
• No alterations may be done to any of the product photos or files.
• TEFCOLD A/S should be notified in case an assigned person stop working for the company mentioned below or are assigned to other tasks - in order for the login to MediaBank to be deactivated.
• TEFCOLD A/S has the right to recall the photos at any time without notice.
• TEFCOLD A/S is not liable for any kind of financial claims due to the use of MediaBank – be it in relation to recall of photos or files, wrong photos, old version photos or files etc.
